The vision of Humane Emergency Animal Rescue is to provide emergency animal rescue and ambulance services, low-cost emergency animal hospital services for the community and animal welfare organizations.  To become a world renown animal emergency rescue training educator and facility for first responders, veterinary and animal welfare professionals.  Provide mutual aid to non-governmental organizations, local, state and federal governments during man-made and natural disasters.
