Title: Flooded Conditions

“Wayne, NJ., A woman carries her most precious possession–her dog–to the rescue boat following heavy rains hat flooded several parts of New Jersey, including the Mountainview section here in Wayne.”

Pretty special, she is not going to leave that “precious possession” behind. Neither would I.
